It really works for me. It allows me find the perfect range to sing a particular song. I don't recognize all notes off head. But I do sing them accurate. This app just makes it easy to learn the notes too.

In the middle of use, it suddenly jumped to some crazy unrelated game that made all sorts of bizarre sound effects. That's exactly what I don't want when I'm using it between a group of singers and an audience. Note that I'm specifically NOT saying that it jumped to an add. It jumped to a GAME.

Hi Jerry, To keep the app free, ads are sometimes shown when switching modes, but never during actual play. That being said, if you'd like to have no ads at all, the pro version is very modestly priced. Happy singing!

The app hides the "back" and "home" buttons on a pixel, bringing back the stupidity of an iphone. One has to swipe up a couple times and then click back and then confirm that one wants to exit the app. Too much work!
